Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Cong Thuat receives Lao delegation from Khammouane province, led by Mr. Phomma Phanthalansy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Organization Board of Khammouane province

At the reception, on behalf of the Khammouane province, Mr. Phomma Phanthalansy gave his regards and shared difficulties and heavy damages with Quang Binh province in the past October floods.

He hoped that Quang Binh province would quickly overcome difficulties to help local people stablize their lives, contributing to complete the targets of socio-economic development in all fields.

In turns, Mr. Tran Cong Thuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation extended his thanks to deep sentiments and solidarity of the Provincial Party Committee and people of Khammouane province to people of Quang Binh province.

He also expressed his hope that the Party Committee and people of the two provinces would continue promoting traditional cooperative relations.

Also at the reception, the two leaders of Quang Binh and Khammouane briefly reported of socio-economic development situation of the two provinces in the past time.
