- Construction of a resort for relaxation, recreation and ecotourism for domestic and foreign tourists; exploring the potentials and strengths of the hot mineral spring of Bang.

2. Project location and project scale:

- Location: Kim Thuy commune, Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province.

- Land use area: 150 - 200 ha.

- Scale: a hotel of 500 rooms, an outdoor sports area, a system of restaurants, other service and auxiliary projects.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- VND 1,200 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by: the Quang Binh Department of Construction; Department of Planning and Investment;

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.
