- VND 80 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the lnvestor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by: the Quang Binh Department of Construction;

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial Peoples' Committee.
