- VND 500 billion

- 100% capital of the investor

- Project owner: the lnvestor and Quang Binh province

- The project is valued by: related agencies of Ouang Binh province and the Management Board of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park;

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.
