Construction of a plaza in the Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park region to satisfy the demand of relaxing, entertaining and shopping of tourists and the local residents:

Once constructed, the project will be an attractive place for tourists, contributing to the development of tourism in the province.

- Location: in the centre of Phong Nha, Son Trach village, Bo Trach district;

- Project scale: A plaza of 3-5 storeys and 01 basement, including: a hotel complex, restaurants, supermarkets, recreation area, cinemas etc,. and other auxiliary projects such as park, internal roads, green trees, car park.

- Land use area: 02 - 03 ha.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- VND 600 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. lnvolved agencies:

- Project owner: the investor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by: Quang Binh Department of Construction. Department of Planning and lnvestment, Department of Trade and lndustry;

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.
