Professional training for staffs serving tour to explore Thien Duong Cave - Heaven Well

 (Quang Binh Portal) - The Provincial Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism in coordination with the Truong Thinh Tourist Company, Ltd held a five-day training course on professional skills for guides and workers who serve the tour named "Discovery and experiences of Thien Duong (Paradise) - Troi (Heaven) Well" at the Thien Duong Cave Ecotourism Area from August 26th to 30th.

The training course was divided into two classes, including a class for tour guides from August 26th to 29th and a class for workers serving the tour from August 28th to 30th.

At the training course, trainees were provided with a lot of professional knowledges such as Law on Tourism and some regulations in tourism activity; tourism overview of Vietnam and Quang Binh, and the tour "Discovery and Experience of Thien Duong Cave - Heaven Well"; cultural knowledges of communication behaviours; psychology and habits of tourists; skills on guide, rescue, first aids in the incidents.

The course aims to help trainees improve their professional skills, style of work and quality of services, making a lot of satisfactions for tourists when coming to Quang Binh.

After closing the training course, trainees will be granted a proficiency certificate of tourism by the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism, aiming to serve tourists according to the regulations.
