Export value at EZs and IPs reached VND85billion in August

 (Quang Binh Portal) - According to the Management Board of Economic Zone (EZ), total revenues at economic zones (EZs) and industrial park (IPs) in August was estimated at VND446.9 billion, reached 164% of the same period last year.
Concretely, production of some main products reached a high growth such as 28,707 tons of paper pulp, 2.8 million of tuynel brick, 6,320m3 of running water, 35,055m2 of carton packing; 4,800m3 of fresh concrete, 2,874 tons of building stone, etc.

Production of cargo loading via Hon La port was 59,74 tons, reached 80% of the same period last year. Export value was estimated at VND85 billion, reached 192%. VND14 billion was contributed to tax, reached 143% from the same period last year.

The enterprises also solved jobs to 4,661 persons, increased by 486 persons, reached 112% from the same period last year. Average income for laborers reached about VND5 million/person/month.

In the upcoming time, the Management Board of Economic Zone continues to coordinate with all levels and agencies to strengthen inspection and supervision of enterprise operation, timely realize difficulties of investors to have the supporting policy; propagandizes and disseminates legal documents involved to enterprise operations at EZs and IPs; instructs enterprises to strictly implement regulations and policies of the law, etc.
