Chairman of the provincial People's Committee visits Dao Huu Tam with a innate defect |
Quang Binh province currently has 45,000 people with disabilities, including Agent Orange victims. Over the past time, the province has paid more attention to people with disabilities with practical activities, contributing to help them to overcome difficulties in their life and actively participate in socio-economic activities.
PPC Chairman paid a visit to Nguyen Huu Phuong, age 36, in Nam Ly ward; Dao Huu Tam, age 23, in Nghia Ninh commune and Tran Van Phong, age 45, in Bac Nghia ward.

At the visits, Chairman Nguyen Huu Hoai shared difficulties with people with disabilities and encouraged their relatives to overcome circumstances. He also directed relevant agencies nd localities to create conditions to timely solve the regulations and policies for the disabled.
