Begin construction of inter-commune road of Hien - Xuan - An - Van Ninh
Attending the ceremony, there were Vice-chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai; representative of the province-level departments and branches together with leaders of Quang Ninh district and the people.
The Program for infrastructure development in rural areas (the JBIC specialist credit Program for short) is financed from capital loan of Japanese Government to conduct the construction of infrastructure projects in rural areas nationwide under the fields stipulated in the credit agreement between Vietnam and JBIC.
Quang Binh is one of poor provinces that are given priority to capital allocation. After the duration for establishing the project and selecting the contractor as stipulated in Decision No.1526/QD-UBND dated July 09 2007, the provincial People's Committee officially approved the project of building the inter-commune road of Hien - Xuan - An - Van Ninh with total investment of VND 23 billion, in which VND 19.4 billion for construction capital, VND 0.3 billion for site clearance, VND 1.2 billion for reserve fund and VND 2.1 billion for other expenses.
Three companies in charge of executing the project include the Thinh General Construction limited liability Company; the Quang Ninh General Construction Consultancy Company and the Thanh Binh limited liability Company.
The project will be expected to be operational in November 2008.
