Provincial People's Committee had a working session with Provincial Group on youth development Program in the period of 2006-2010
Attending the working was Vice-chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Cong Thuat and representative of the related departments and branches.
According the report of the Provincial Group, Quang Binh has now seven districts and city youth union, 453 local unions with 2,352 youth branches and 57,335 members, seven committees of district and city youth union, 159 committees of commune youth union, 37 committees of school youth union and 2,683 union branches; solves jobs for 11,000 youths each year and transfers scientific and technological advances for 47,452 young people and so on.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman Phan Lam Phuong highly praised the effort of the Provincial Group in the past time. He also asked the Provincial Group to improve the quality of the union activities and develop the typical youth movements. With regard to the Provincial Group's petitions, Chairman Phan Lam Phuong recorded and promised that the province will consider and solve them in the coming time.
