A burial ceremony of 50 martyrs' remains repatriated from Laos
Attending the ceremony were representatives from the Ministry of National Defence and the High Command of Military Zone 4, as well as leaders and people of Vietnam's Quang Binh province and Laos’ Kham Muon province.

The Government's Special Working Committee offer incense in memory of heroic martyrs |
Thanks to the close direction and wholehearted assistance of authorities as well as local residents of Quang Binh and Khammouane provinces, in 2012-2013 dry season, the High Command of Military Zone 4 in coordination with the search team No.589 (under the Quang Binh Provincial Military Command) has sought and removed 50 sets of remains of Vietnamese voluntary soldiers and experts who sacrificed their lives on Lao battlefields during the war.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee Tran Tien Dung expressed his deep gratitude to great sacrifice of martyrs who died their lives for the peace and happiness of people of Vietnam and Laos. He also sincerely thanked for sentiments and assistance of Lao authorities and residents, the Special Working Committee of two countries, the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Command of Military Zone 4 in creating the best conditions for the search and reburial services.
Especially, Vice Chairman Dung praised great effort made by the Quang Binh provincial Command’s Team 589 to seek and collect sets of martyrs' remains repatriated from Laos.
