Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Dang Quang presents the Flag of Excellent Emulation of the Provincial People's Committee to Vo Nguyen Giap High School for the Gifted for its achievements in the 2016-2017 school year

In the past school year, the teachers and students of Vo Nguyen Giap High School for the Gifted achieved many remarkable achievements in teaching and studying. The school honourably received the Second Class Labour Medal and the Flag of Excellent Emulation of the Government; the Flag of Excellent Emulation of the Provincial People's Committee.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Dang Quang hailed the schools' achievements in the 2016-2017 academic year and asked teaching staff and students to uphold tradition as while continue their efforts to record further achievements in the coming year.

The Secretary sent his message to teachers, urging them to continue their efforts in "cultivating people" and act as a moral example in promoting the spirit of self-learning and creativity. He also asked Vo Nguyen Giap students to affirm their efforts, confidence and creativity to become talented members of society in order to serve the country.

Then, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also presented flowers and congratulated the opening ceremony of Chu Van An Primary School and An Sinh Kindergarten.

* In Quang Trach district, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Cong Thuat attended the opening ceremony of the new school year at Quang Dong secondary school and visited the pre-school and primary school of Canh Duong commune.

Joining the celebration for the new academic year, Standing Deputy Secretary Tran Cong Thuat praised the achievements and efforts made by teachers and students in the past school year in overcoming difficulties to complete the tasks of developing education for students.

With the tradition of a fondness for learning, the provincial leader expressed his wish that in the near future, the school will continue to work harder and gain further success in their training career.

He also encouraged each teacher and educational manager to improve their professional skills and teaching methods and set a good example of morality, self-study and creativity for students to follow.

Leader hoped that local authority and people would support schools, mobilise all resources to develop education, actively implement the policies on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training, etc.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of new academic year, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee praised the results obtained by the teachers and pupils of Quan Hau secondary school in the 2016-2017 school year. He asked the school to continue to innovate and improve the quality of education management, school governance and innovation in teaching and learning methods to further improve the quality of comprehensive education for students.

He urged the school to continue the good tradition of overcoming difficulties and challenges and striving to create a positive learning environment where students can develop comprehensively.

With the obtained achievements, provincial leader believed that teaching staffs and students will fulfill assigned tasks for the new academic year, uphold the tradition of "good teaching, good studying" and contribute to training human resources and the talents for the motherland.

At the same day, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also paid a visit and congratulated the opening ceremony of new school year at the kindergarten and primary school of Vinh Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district.

On this occasion, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee together with representatives of agencies and localities also attended the opening ceremonies of new academic year in the districts of Le Thuy, Bo Trach, Minh Hoa, Tuyen Hoa and Ba Don town.
