 Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered his speech at the closing session

During the three-day sitting, the Provincial People's Council's 6th session approved 15 important resolutions in some fields, aiming to create a legal corridor for work of management and administration of the Provincial People's Committee and authorities at all levels; make a basis to build the province's socio-economic development plan.

Speaking at the closing session, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Dang Quang noted that the tasks for 2018 are very tough, requiring levels, sectors, and local authorities to make further efforts to achieve the highest result in realizing the socio-economic development plan and accomplish the common goals.

In order to successfully implement the tasks for 2018, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also pointed out 8 key tasks, including focusing on solving difficulties for enterprise, speeding up production and business; comprehensively implementing solutions to mobilise resources for investment in infrastructure construction; restructure of agricultural sector; promoting industrial production; strengthening activities in trade, services and market management in order to prevent trade fraudulent and improve quality of services and tourism; well implementing the fields of culture - society, education, health, job creation, social security; improving quality of management and administration of authority at all levels; strengthening national defence and security, order and social safety, etc.

After the session, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council asked the Provincial People's Committee, departments and units to take initiative in implementing resolutions adopted at the Provincial People's Council's 6th session; promoting propaganda on resolutions to all people in order to make a high degree of unanimity during the process of implementation.
