The results of business and production activities have been put into operation relatively efficiently, the revenue of 9 months was estimated at about 220.96 million USD; creating jobs for 1,465 workers; contributing to State budget of 5.72 million USD. However, the proportion of contribution to the provincial budget and income for workers of FDI projects was still low.

During the past time, in order to attract projects to Quang Binh, the province has carried out external activities to promote investment, advertise and call for partners and overseas Vietnamese relatives to make homeland investments; simultaneously created the most favourable conditions for investors to invest in effective and sustainable projects in the province. In addition, the province has had policies to support investment such as land rent, land clearance, and infrastructure beyond the project fence. Also, for key and breakthrough projects in the socio-economic development strategy, the province has had its preferential policies.
