Giving architectural design awards of Nhat Le bridge 2
Attending the awarding ceremony were Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai and leaders of related departments and branches.
The architectural design contest for Nhat Le bridge 2 was launched by the Department of Transport from early May, 2010 to select a design that meets the requirements of aesthetics, landscape, planning and use of project. After launching, the contest drew the participation of five units in and outside province with 10 models of architectural design.

As a result, the contest awarded three prizes to the units, of which the first prize is given to the design titled “Dong Hoi city in renovation period” of the Construction Consultant Joint-stock Company No.533 (Da Nang). This design will be selected to carry out construction of Nhat Le bridge 2.

Estimated Nhat Le bridge 2 will be start construction in early year 2011. Once completing, the project will make a breakthrough in traffic and infrastructure construction and contribute to sustainable development of the city. Nhat Le bridge 2 is also a new step to mark the renovation period of Dong Hoi city in particular and Quang Binh province in general.
