Activities in trade and services in Bo Trach to be seen great leaps
According to information from Bo Trach district, a lot of big changes have been seen in trade and service activities in the first 9 months of 2008. The total retail sales of goods and services were estimated at VND810 billion, increased 22.7% against the same period, achieved 78.3% of the plan. Some services such as post and telecommunications, capital and tourism have strongly developed and had a high increase against the same period. The number of tourists visiting to Phong Nha - Ke Bang Natural Park achieved 260,000 turns of people, increased by 8.5% against the same period with the turnover from tourism estimated at VND105 billion and from tourist transport estimated at VND5 billion. The turnover from transport increased 27.9% compared with the same period, of which volume of freight of 12.7% increase and volume of passengers of 21.6% increase...
