Quang Binh signs Memorandum of Understanding on international cooperation, expanding tourism market in Europe

Within the framework of the working program, the Quang Binh delegation met bilaterally with 11 Vietnamese organizations and associations in Europe such as the General Association of Vietnamese in Belgium, the Association for the Promotion of Vietnamese Culture and Tourism in Europe, AVSE Global, VietLux Network, the Association of Vietnamese Enterprises in France, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, etc. and various networks of intellectuals and young entrepreneurs.

At the meetings, the delegation introduced the potential, competitive advantages in terms of resources, planning and sustainable development orientation, priority areas for key investment such as tourism, high-tech agriculture, energy, processing industry, marine economy, logistics of Quang Binh province and the new Quang Tri province. They, at the same time, shared opportunities and cooperation contents based on the strengths of both sides to promote the image and call for European investors to Quang Binh.

In particular, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism signed 06 MOUs of cooperation with Vietnamese organizations and associations in Europe. The cooperation contents focus on promoting the image, culture and tourism of Quang Binh in EU countries; promoting investment, green and sustainable tourism development; supporting human resource training, organizing international cultural and sports events. Alongside, promoting digital transformation in the field of journalism and enhancing the recognition of Quang Binh brand on digital platforms are among the cooperation contents.
