Attending the meeting was Permanent Vice-Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee Pham Thi Bich Lua; Vice-chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai; leading representatives of Dong Hoi city, Bao Ninh Commune, Hai Ninh Commune and related departments and branches.

The Project of Binh Minh Eco-tourist Area under the Duc Thang Joint-stock Company is built in the borderline between Bao Ninh commune (Dong Hoi city) and Hai Ninh commune (Quang Ninh district) with total projected area of 47ha. The Binh Minh Eco-tourist Area is expected to build a high-rise hotel, villa, restaurants, resort area, sport area, ecological hill and ecological lake, etc. Volume of tourists coming to the Binh Minh Eco-tourist Area is estimated at around 4,000-5,000 turns of people per year. After the Binh Minh Eco-tourist Area is operational it will solve employments for about 150 people.

At the meeting, the representatives spent much time to discuss the detailed master plan of building the Binh Minh Eco-tourist Area. Most of ideas focused on asking the investor to pay attention to the project implementation progress and study the land use to have the suitable investment plan.

Closing the meeting, Chairman Phan Lam Phuong praised the efforts in investment of the Duc Thang Joint-stock Company and asserted that the Binh Minh Eco-tourist Area is a major project under the province’s tourism development orientation. He asked the investor acquiring the contributions of departments and branches to adjust the project’s master plan suitably and feasibly, ensuring the principles on architecture of eco-tourist area and restricting construction of high building, etc. In addition, Chairman also asked the investors need to pay attention to the project implementation progress so as to the Binh Minh Eco-tourist Area is put into operation as soon as possible, contributing to promotion of the provincial economic development.
