Attending the meeting were representatives of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, Officials of the Provincial Committee of the Party, the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Provincial National Assembly Delegation and related departments and branches.

At the meeting, the delegates spent much time to listen discussions on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law, of which focusing on master plan for land use; period of land use; orders of administrative procedures in land management; managing and developing real estate market and so on. In general, all ideals are unanimous in the points of view on amending and supplementing Land Law 2003 mentioned by the Ministry of Natural Resource and Environment in Official Dispatch No.445/BTNMT-DD and said that the amendment and supplementation of Land Law will be satisfied and suitable for the country's development goals according to the socialist orientations. Otherwise, the amendment will also create conditions to overcome shortcomings of Land Law 2003 and contribute to exploiting effectively the land resources, meeting the demands for economic development in the new period.

Addressing the meeting, Vice-chairman Tran Dinh Hue highly appraised the contributions of delegates and promised that the Provincial People's Council will collect and report to the Ministry of Natural Resource and Environment under consideration to amend and supplement Land Law in accordance with real situation.
