Work "Thuong nguon song Chu" (the upper reaches of Chu River) of Le Cong Binh won the first prize

This is a meaning activity to respond to the campaign "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh" and make achievements to welcome the 63rd anniversary of the August revolution (August 19, 1945-2008) and National Independence Day (September 2).

Attending this festival, there are 661 artistic works of photographers from six provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue. The Board of Examiners selected to display 122 best works of art, reflecting the life of laborer and the socio-economic development in the cause of industrialization and modernization. This festival of art pictures is a good opportunity for photographers to exchange the culture and learn about the people of Northern Central Region today.

The Board of Examiners awarded the first prize to the work "Thuong nguon song Chu" (The upper reaches of Chu River) of Le Cong Binh (Thanh Hoa); two second prizes to two works "Nha vo dich" (Champion) of Truong Vung (Thua Thien Hue) and "Anh sang tu long dat" (Light from the earth's entrails) of Sy Minh (Nghe An); three third prizes and five consolation prizes. Besides, the Board of Examiners also granted two team prizes to the Thanh Hoa Arts and Letters Association and the Quang Binh Arts and Letters Association.
