The 23rd session of the 15th Quang Binh Provincial People’s Council ended successfully

(Quang Binh Website) - After over three working days with the spirit of straightness, democracy, openness and high responsibility, on December 10, the 23rd session of the 15th provincial People’s Council ended successfully.

At the closing ceremony, the Provincial People’s Council discussed and approved 11 Resolutions of the session and dismissed Mr Tran Cong Thuat from Vice-chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee for the 2004-2011 term to undertake another assignment.

Giving a closing speech, Provincial People’s Council Chairman Luong Ngoc Binh emphasized that the 23rd session of the 15th provincial People’s Council ended successfully. It basically completed the planned contents and agenda. In order to bring into play the session’s results, Chairman asked the Provincial People’s Committee to quickly concretize the resolutions adopted by this session into the programs, plans and projects for implementation; have effective solutions to timely solve difficulties; strive for implementing the success of socio-economic targets for 2011 and the 2011-2015 period. Besides, the provincial People’s Committee should strengthen direction and settlement of voters’ petitions cited at the session.
