Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai gave a courtesy reception to a delegation of the Department of Security of Khammouane province

On behalf of provincial leader, Chairman stressed that this was a significant visit expressing the traditional relationship and good sentiments between Quang Binh and Khammouane in particular and between Vietnam and Laos in general on the occasion of the anniversary of "Vietnam-Laos Solidarity and Friendship Year 2012".

Chairman highly valued the long-time friendly and cooperation relationship between Quang Binh and Khammouane over the past time, especially in security field and expressed his hope that two sides will continue developing a good relationship and comprehensive cooperation in all fields.

Quang Binh is ready to support Khammouane province and the Department of Security in the process of socio-economic development, Chairman affirmed.

The delegation of Khammouane province also thanked Quang Binh province for warm welcome and affirmed the close coordination between two provinces in political security and social safety and order over the past time, contributing to building a peaceful borderline between two countries.

In the coming time, the delegation hoped that two sides will continue exchanging experience and strengthening a special cooperation relationship between two provinces in general and between the armed forces of two provinces in particular.

On this occasion, the Khammouane provincial Department of Security and the Quang Binh provincial Department of Public Security also had a talk and signed a cooperation agreement for the coming time.
