Accordingly, the bank will give financial support of VND14 billion for education and VND16 billion for health in the period of 2012-2013.

Concretely, beneficiaries in educational sector include Quang Hung secondary school No.2 (Quang Trach district) and Nam Trach secondary school (Bo Trach), pre-school in Bao Ninh commune (Dong Hoi city), Tan Son primary school (Truong Son, Quang Ninh), Thai Thuy secondary school (Le Thuy) and Kim Thuy secondary and high school No.1 (Le Thuy).

With regard to health, beneficiaries include communes of Cao Quang, Tien Hoa, Le Hoa, Huong Hoa and Son Hoa (Tuyen Hoa district), Hien Ninh (Quang Ninh district) and Le Ninh town (Le Thuy district).

According to information from the Joint-stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Quang Binh Branch, some projects of Thai Thuy secondary school, Kim Thuy secondary and high school No.2 and medical station of Hien Ninh commune have so far been completed and put into use.
