Distribute 5,250 tons of free rice from Prime Minister to storm-hit victims
(Quang Binh Website) - On October 30th, the provincial People’s Committee approved Decision No.2684/QD-UBND on distributing 5,250 tons of free rice from the Prime Minister to help victims in storm-hit areas in the province.
Accordingly, 750 tons of rice is allocated to Le Thuy district, 1,400 tons to Quang Trach district, 1,200 tons to Bo Trach district, 700 tons to Minh Hoa district, 800 tons to Tuyen Hoa district, 300 tons to Quang Ninh district and 100 tons to Dong Hoi city.
The provincial People’s Committee assigned the Department of Labor, War Invalid and Social Affairs in coordination with the Binh Tri Thien State Reserve Department and the People’s Committees of districts and city to manage and deliver the above rice in time and to the right needy people.
