Quang Binh welcomes over 1.8 million tourists in six beginning months of 2015

Total tourism revenues were at an estimation of over VND2,067 billion, rose by 14% from the same period last year, of which revenues from tourism activity were an estimation of over VND276 billion, rose by 29% from the same period last year, contributing to State buget was VND74 billion, rose by 29%.
In order to improve tourism quality and attract tourists to Quang Binh, the tourism industry has taken many measures, including: launching programs on tourism promotion; promoting tourism popularization; joining in annual tourism events such as the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2015, the Vietnam International Travel Mart - VITM Hanoi and Conference on tourism promotion in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi; opening training courses on tourist skills to improve the quality of human resource; strengthening price management on services, ensuring food safety…
