Positive changes have been seen in the fields of handicrafts and rural industries. Production value in six beginning months of the year reached VND1,160 billion, up 8.6% from the same period last year.

Some industrial main products reached a fair growth rate, including: clothing up 3.9.3%, food up 7.3%, cement up 10.9%, clinker up 22.8%, refined brick up 8.7%, building stones up 4.6%; cassava up 8.9%; trade electricity up 4.6% and running water up 5.2% from the same period last year.

Some products have seen a decrease, including: bottled beer down 3.3%, frozen cuttles down 2%, ceramic tile down 32.5%...
