The leaders of Quang Binh province had a working session with FLC Group at the head office of Provincial People’s Committee to review the progress of implementing the FLC Group's investment projects in the local area.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Trinh Van Quyet, the Chairman of FLC Group, stressed his commitment to create a clear and transparent investment environment from the provincial authorities, FLC group focused on a great deal of human resources to quickly carry out FLC Quang Binh project in the past time.

Once completed and put into operation, FLC Quang Binh will improve high-class tourism infrastructure, promote economic development, especially in the field of tourism services; contribute about VND 2,500 billion per year to the State budget; attract and create more jobs for thousands of local workers.

Committing to constantly accompany Quang Binh to develop and invest in enhancing service quality, speed up the progress of projects; FLC Group wants to continually receive the consensus of the party’s executive commitee and authorities at all levels, especially districts, communes and local people in handling legal and administrative procedures and support policies of infrastructure related to the project.

In order to complete the project on schedule, the provincial leaders said that they will create favorable conditions for FLC’s investment in Quang Binh with the purpose of contributing to the growth of local economy, society and tourism.

Mr. Hoang Dang Quang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council spoke at the meeting.

As a key investment project of Quang Binh, Quang Binh Golf & Beach Resort includes a system of high-class hotels, resort villas, international conference centers managed by the world’s leading brands; Southeast Asia’s largest planned golf course chain; the project of entertainment area and large shopping street with diverse characters coming from countries around the world; the large-scale zoo and the adventure sports park, and many other advanced utilities, etc.

Before having an idea for the project, an area of nearly 2,000 hectares of coastal Hai Ninh almost has not been used effectively for developping the economy or tourism; there are only a few places where casuarina trees are planted to prevent sand from drifting. The province has tried planting many types of trees to improve sandy soil for several years, however they all failed.

After completion, the green grass of the golf course, the system of project trees will withstand the progress of desertification, protect houses of people inside and along the sand dune. The strict standards of environmental protection and discharge that FLC applied in Thanh Hoa and Binh Dinh are also expected to contribute to the protection of the marine environment in Hai Ninh in particular and Quang Binh in general.

With the scale and the utility of FLC Quang Binh, it is currently one of the largest resort complex in Vietnam, and simultaneously it is considered to be the final piece to complete the quadrangle of tourism development due to Quang Binh set up, including cave tourism, spiritual tourism, health care tourism and high-class resort tourism.

At the Investment Promotion Conference in Quang Binh in 2018, FLC Group pledged to make an estimated investment of about 63,000 billion in many urban fields, tourism, resorts, etc.

Combined with the air routes of Bamboo Airways connecting Quang Binh to domestic and international destinations, these projects are expected to contribute to create jobs for local people, promote economic development, especially in the field of tourism services, form a “circulation” meeting all fields to serve international and domestic tourists to Quang Binh next time.
