Attending the ceremony, there was Director-General of the Vietnam Industrial and Commercial Bank Pham Huy Hung, Vice-chairwoman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Thi Bich Lua and leader of relevant departments.

This project was begun on May 31 2007 and completed on September 25 2007, total area of over 120 square meters, including 2 classrooms and toilet, meeting the need for studying of 50 children. Total expense for building was VND 276 million, of which VND 200 million funded by the Vietnam Industrial and Commercial Bank. This is the third kindergarten the Vietnam Industrial and Commercial Bank has granted to children in Quang Binh province.

At the ceremony, Mr. Pham Huy Hung presented gifts to children with total value of over VND 10 million. Simultaneously, he also proposed leader of the town to plan the project for building kitchen and toilet in order to ensure health for children. The Vietnam Industrial and Commercial Bank will provide more VND 100 million to build this project.
