In the recent years, Quang Binh province has made many great efforts to improve investment environment in association with domestic and foreign enterprises and become an attractive destination for investors.

At present, more than 200 Vietnamese employees and foreign experts and consultants are working at NGOs and ODA projects in the province. Through the operations, the organizations and projects have made a great contribution to the socio-economic development of the province.

This annual activity is a good opportunity for NGOs and ODA projects to exchange and share experience and information on foreign affairs, create an exciting and jubilant atmosphere and tighten the solidarity between the province and NGOs, ODA projects.
