A talk between the Lao Front for National Construction of Khammouane province and the Standing Board of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Binh province

The talk aimes to inform of the obtained results after two years of implementation of Memmorandum of Understanding signed in 2014 between the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Binh province and the Lao Front for National Construction of Khammouane province; exchange experience in work of fronts between two provinces.

At the talk, two side informed each other of socio-economic development, national denfence - security, Party building, operational results on fronts of two provinces and evaluated implementation of Memmorandum of Understanding between the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Binh province and the Lao Front for National Construction of Khammouane province which was signed in 2014 in Thakhek town, Khammouane province.

On behalf of the front delegation of Khammouane province, President of the Lao Front for National Construction of Khammouane province sincerely thanked for good sentiments and assistances of the authorities and people of Quang Binh province to Lao people in the struggle for national liberation, national building and protection. He expressed his hope that the fronts of two provinces would boost special solidarity, friendly relations and commprehensive cooperation between two Parties and two States of Vietnam - Laos in general and two provinces of Quang Binh and Khammouane in particular.

In turns, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee applauded achievements in cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, including Quang Binh and Khammouane. He hoped that two sides would promote cooperative relations and exchange experience with the spirit of friendly solidarity.

Also in this trip to Quang Binh province, the delegation of the Lao Front for National Construction of Khammouane province paid a visit and burnt incenses to General Vo Nguyen Giap; had a talk with the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Binh province and signed a Memmorandum of Understanding between the Front of two province in 2016.
