- Land use area: 15.9 ha

- VND 220 billion

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the lnvestor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by: the Quang Binh Department of Construction, Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism, Department of Planning and Investment;

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.
