Accordingly, the province will provide a support of VND1 billion for cattle, which were died from Jan 14 to Feb 28 and support 50% of price of rice varieties.

Source of supporting expenditure is extracted from the budget of all levels. Concretely, Minh Hoa district (30% from the central budget, 65% from the provincial reserve budget and 5% from the local self-balanced reserve budget), Tuyen Hoa district (30% from the central budget, 50% from the provincial reserve budget and 20% from the local self-balanced reserve budget), districts of Quang Trach, Bo Trach, Quang Ninh and Le Thuy (30% from the central budget, 35% from the provincial reserve budget and 35% from the local self-balanced reserve budget), and Dong Hoi city (30% from the central budget and 70% from the local self-balanced reserve budget).

Besides, the Provincial People's Committee also decided to extract VND1.550 billion from the provincial reserve budget for 2008 to assist the localities in the first phase, in which Minh Hoa VND900 million, Tuyen Hoa VND280 million, Quang Trach VND100 million, Bo Trach VND100 million, Quang Ninh VND70 million and Le Thuy VND100 million.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Chairman of the People's Committee of Districts and City together with the central and provincial supporting budget and local budget to timely support farmers according to regulations.
