Vice-chairman Nguyen Dang works in Quang Trach district

(Quang Binh Website) - In the morning of November 9, Vice-chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Dang had a working session with Quang Trach district about implementing the socio-economic development plan and budget estimate of 2009, building the socio-economic development plan and budget estimate of 2010. At the working, leading representative of Quang Trach district reported on the implementation of socio-economic development plan and budget estimate of 2009. In the first ten months of 2009, the district's socio-economic situation has remained a stable growth rate; cultural and social fields have seen many positive changes; national defense and security have been upheld. The total area under cultivation for winter crop was estimated at 950/1,250 ha, achieved 76% of the plan, up 19% against the same period. The total of fishery was 13,149 tons, achieved 93% of the plan, of which the exploited fishery was 11,213 tons, achieved 93% of the plan, the raised fishery was 1,936 tons, achieved 96% of the plan. The industry-handicraft production value was estimated at VND207,884 billion, achieved 90.1% of the plan, increased by 12.5% compared with same period. The total of budget revenues were VND53,131 million, achieved 89.42% of the estimate.

The report also proposed main socio-economic targets for year 2010: economic growth rate will achieve 12.3% against the year 2009; food output will achieve 56,305 tons; budget revenues will achieve VND62.760 billion; rate of hungry and poor households will drop to 4%...

Addressing the working, Vice-chairman Nguyen Dang praised the results of implementation of socio-economic plan for 2009 that Quang Trach district obtained in the past time and ordered the district to focus on solving the existing matters in 2009 and striving to achieve the planned targets for 2010.
