The first private school in Quang Binh to be opened
(Quang Binh Website) - The SPM Joint-stock Company (Ha Noi) on May 8 held an inauguration ceremony of the Chu Van An primary school in Dong Phu ward, Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province. This is the first private school to be constructed following an education-socialisation strategy of Quang Binh province, which involves non-State sectors in developing education.
The Chu Van An primary school has the total area of 16,179sq.m, including 27 classrooms, audiovisual room, electronic library, video-conference room and swimming pool... The total investment is expected at VND70 billion.
The school also recruits a good staff to teach students according to the syllabus stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Training.
Construction of the Chu Van An primary school will contribute to hastening the education-socialisation process in Quang Binh, said Permanent Vice-chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee Tran Cong Thuat.
In the academic year of 2010-2011, the Chu Van An primary school is expected to serve 360 pupils.
