The master plan has four main parts, including evaluating the impact of the factors and conditions for the development to socio-economic development of Tuyen Hoa district until 2020; real situation for socio-economic development of Tuyen Hoa district in the period of 2001-2010; master plan for socio-economic development of Tuyen Hoa district until 2020; main solutions and implementation organization of the plan.

The plan's objective is to bring Tuyen Hoa out of a poor district by 2015 and basically become a development district in the region by 2020; build a comprehensive and modernize infrastructure; develop system of education and training to meet the demand for human resources in each period; create a strong and comprehensive development of economy and society; speed up economic growth by 2020...

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman Tran Van Tuan highly evaluated the master plan for socio-economic development of Tuyen Hoa district by 2020 and asked the consulting unit to collect contributions of the Assessment Council and relevant agencies to complete the plan.
