Attending the meeting was Mr. Hoang Dang Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party’s Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party’s Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council, Vice Chairpersons of the Provincial People’s Committee and representatives of related departments and branches.

At the meeting, participants discussed and reviewed issues relating to the 2nd Quang Binh investment and tourism promotion conference and the plan for implementation of key projects in the province.

Accordingly, the 2nd Quang Binh investment and tourism promotion conference will be held in the middle of August, 2015. The Provincial People’s Committee has directed related agencies and units to prepare contents as scheduled plan with a focus on investment projects. BIDV has committed to give a financial support for the projects that are granted certificate of investment.

In addition, delegates also exchanged their views on progess of implementation of some key projects in the province, such as project of construction of oil pipeline system from Hon La port (Quang Binh province) to Khammouane province (Laos); project of construction of Hoang Phuc pagoda (Le Thuy district); projects of FLC Group on investment in Hon La industrial park and Bang hot mineral spring ecotourism site (Le Thuy district); project of construction of trade center of Vincom Group…

The Provincial People’s Committee and BIDV will coordinate with press agencies to promote images of land, potential and adventages of Quang Binh in order to attract domestic and foreign investors and tourists to Quang Binh province.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee highly appreciated work of preparation for the next conference. In order to ensure success of the conference, Chairman assigned tasks in details to related units to quickly complete as scheduled.
