Bao Ninh - Hai Ninh Golf Course project is being carried out in Bao Ninh commune (Dong Hoi city) and Hai Ninh commune (Quang Ninh district)

Specifically, Quang Binh is regarded as one of provinces that has a sound investment environment in Vietnam with simple administrative procedures. The Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) has remarkably improved step by step. The Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) has ranked top in four consecutive years, showing that business investment environment in Quang Binh has gained more progress, the province's economic management ability is higher. At present, a total number of registered projects in the province is 352 investment projects with a total registered capital of over VND107,000 billion, including 175 on-going projects with a total capital of VND80,153 billion and 13 FDI projects with a total capital of US$114.67 million.

In the forthcoming time, Quang Binh will focus on policies to encourage and support investment for enterprises and reform administrative procedures towards one-door mechanism; gradually changing models, apparatus, skilled staff on work of investment promotion; and regularly organizing business meetings... in order to gradually deal with difficulties, support for enterprises in the process of granting investment licence and the implementation of investment projects in the province.
