- Diversify forms of tourism, attracting domestic and foreign tourists. Create motivation to develop the provincial tourism sector.

- Attract foreign investment capital, create a breakthrough in tourism, promote economic growth rate, shift economic restructuring and achieve the targets of provincial socio-economic development by 2020 and after 2020.

+ Hotel with capacity of 500 rooms;

+ Outdoor sport area;

+ Swimming pools

- Take advantage of the potential of tourism in the province, create jobs for local people, attract tourists to the province, contribute to the provincial socio-economic development and increase tax revenues. 

6. Natural conditions and current situations

Topography:

- It is the land area along Bao Ninh beach, Dong Hoi city with the width of about 500 - 800m from the coastline. The terrain is rather flat with low sandy hills.

- Some areas are used for planting casuarinas, acacia auriculiformis and other trees.

- Some areas are registered for aquaculture.

Technical infrastructure:

- Vo Nguyen Giap street with 60m wide and 22 KV electric network running through the project area and a completed drainage system.

- Infrastructure system is convenient for seaway, roadway, railway and airway.

- The location is adjacent to the sea with a large space, it is convenient for building resorts, yacht port and outdoor sport activities for tourists.
