Provincial People's Committee listens to report on Project of Quang Phu exported small wood processing Plant

(Quang Binh Website) - On August 01 afternoon, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to listen to the report on the Project of Quang Phu exported small wood processing Plant. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Lam Phuong presided over the meeting.

The Project of Quang Phu exported small wood processing Plant, built in Quang Phu commune, Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province, is invested by the Thanh Thanh Dat Company.Ltd (Vinh City, Nghe An province) with the total invested capital of VND26 billion. Its objective is to exploit forest effectively, contributing to the province's socio-economic development; make full use of raw materials in the districts of Quang Binh province, the southern districts of Ha Tinh province and the northern districts of Quang Tri province; create favorable conditions to develop forestation and protect ecological environment. The Quang Phu exported small wood processing Plant is equipped with a modern technological line imported from Taiwan. After putting into operation, the Plant will provide stable jobs for a great number of laborers in the provincial area, contributing to developing handicrafts and increasing the province's turnover and budget.

After listening to the report on the Project of Quang Phu exported small wood processing Plant, representatives of departments and branches contribute their ideas to the project.

Closing the meeting, Chairman Phan Lam Phuong applauded the Thanh Thanh Dat Company.Ltd in investment in the provincial area, contributing to the province's socio-economic development. He asked the investor to implement the procedures and complete the project to quickly submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval. On the other hand, the investor should pay much attention to raw materials and investment in concentrated and separated forestation in association with the households and collectives to provide long-term raw materials for activities in production and business of the Plant.
