The Quang Binh 525 five-floor supermarket is situated in the precinct of the Huu Nghi Commercial and Residential Center Area (Dong Hoi city). It is built to arrange stores, retail supermarket, interior goods supermarket, electronic goods and amusement services. Besides, in the project of the commercial and residential center area, there are two high office buildings with the total area of 3,992 square meters, including: parking area, showroom, office for rent, room for workshops and contract sign, yard for organizing events and popularizing products... The project's total invested capital is estimated at VND500 billion. In the first phase, the project completed site clearance, building a system of spillway dam, building roads and installing system of electricity. In the second phase, it will build a supermarket and other works. Under the plan, the supermarket will be finished and put into use in late 2009.

Addressing the ceremony, Standing Vice-chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai praised effort of investor in overcoming difficulties to complete works of the first phase. He hoped that investor will continue to quickly complete and put the project into use in the coming time, contributing to making Dong Hoi urban more and more spacious and modern.
