Donate VND7.4 billion to develop agriculture production
(Quang Binh Website) - The Provincial People's Committee has recently approved Decision No. 224/QD-UBND on approving expenditure in support of agriculture production, rural economy and fishery for 2009 with the total donation of VND7.4 billion.
Of which, VND6.4 billion is given to the support of agriculture production and rural economy with the following contents: VND3,230 million for breeding; VND1,880 million for cultivation; VND350 million for forestry production; VND270 million for propaganda, trade promotion and product consumption. The remaining of VND1 billion is given to the development, cultivation and reproduction of aquatic products and encouragement of fishers at grassroots level.
Especially, the Provincial People's Committee gives top priority to the development of the herd of cross-bred cow, imported pigs and the livestock and poultry epidemic prevention.
