Ground-breaking ceremony of Na Bo primary school (Khammouane - Laos)
Attending the ceremony was Mr. Khambay Damlat, Governor of Khammouane province (Laos); Mr. Phan Lam Phuong, Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee (Vietnam); Mr. Tran Cong Thuat, Vice-chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee together with representative of departments and branches, units and localities of two provinces; teachers and pupils of Na Bo primary school.
Na Bo primary school is a gift of the Party, government and people of Quang Binh province to Khammouane province. The school has an area of 1,492 square meters and is built two floors, including 16 classrooms and 2 staffrooms. The total expenditure for construction and equipment is about VND9 billion. The project is estimated to complete and put into use in 2009.
The ground-breaking ceremony of Na Bo primary school expresses the care of the Party and government of two provinces of Quang Binh and Khammouane to the cause of education. It also contributes to further boost the solidarity and friendships between two provinces of Quang Binh and Khammouane.
