Addressing the session, People's Committee Chairman Phan Lam Phuong underlined that the provincial People's Committee acquired delegates' ideas and contributions on evaluating the implementation results of tasks for socio-economic development plan in the first six months and the second six months of 2009; delegates' questions and voters' petitions on weakness and shortcomings in work of direction and management of the provincial People's Committee. He also asked related agencies and local authority to timely check and take effective measures to make a belief in the people. On the other hand, Chairman Phuong also proposed some main solutions to implement successfully the tasks for socio-economic development plan in the second half of year.

Giving a closing speech, Chairman Luong Ngoc Binh emphasized that after three working days with the spirit of straightness, democracy, openness and high responsibility, the 16th provincial People's Council session term XV ended successfully. It basically solved and answered questions of delegates and voters; ratified five main resolutions on the province's socio-economic development. After this session, Chairman ordered delegates to have the responsibility of reporting the session's results to voters; to strengthen work of inspection and timely tackle difficulties and effectively solve delegates' petitions cited at the session.
