In recent years, along with a strong development in all socio-economic fields, scientific - technological information activity in Quang Binh province has made a positive contribution to the propaganda of the guidelines and policies on scientific and technological development of the Party and State; timely transferred scientific and technological achievements and applied scientific and technical advances into the practice..., contributing to improving the cultural standards of the people.
At the workshop, delegates and scientists delivered 10 speeches, contributed their ideas, exchanged views on scientific and technological information activity, draw the experience from application of scientific - technological information into the practice and proposed many measures to remove difficulties in technical infrastructure in order to strengthen scientific - technological information activity in direction, management, scientific research, technological development, business production and social life.
