In the last time, the Management Board of PNKB project has gained great achievements in implementing the project, such as opening a training program for cadres and officers of the PNKB NP; organizing two training courses for forest wardens of the national park; implementing the process of land fund use with the participation of local community for four communes of Thuong Hoa, Trung Hoa, Hung Trach and Son Trach; setting up the outline of a buffer zone development plan and so on.

Speaking at the working, Chairman Nguyen Huu Hoai highly evaluated obtained results of the PNKB region project and highlighted that this was a high-tech pilot project, which will meet a lot of difficulties in the process of implementation, therefore the Project's Management Board should find out solutions to deal with difficulties and improve effectiveness of project, contributing to the province's socio-economic development.

Chairman asked that the Project's Management Board need recheck and reorganize the personnel and work in collaboration with chief consultant; improve awareness and responsibility of members concerned; adjust some articles in the agreement with the German Development Bank (KFW). The provincial People's Committee agreed on granting authority to the Project's Management Board in accordance with the legal regulation and a signed agreement; modifying financial manual between PPC and KFW.
