Attending the meeting were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee and Provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee together with representatives of related departments and branches.

Chairman of the provincial People's Council speaks at the meeting

Under the plan, the 4th session will take place during four days from December 6th to 9th, 2011. At the session, the provincial People's Council will hear 35 reports and statements presented by provincial-level departments and branches, and promulgate 18 resolutions relating to socio-economic development of the province in the forthcoming time.

At the meeting, delegates spent much time to discuss and agree on work of preparation for the 4th session, of which focusing on voter contact, preparation for statements and draft resolution, assignment of specific tasks and so on.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman Luong Ngoc Binh agreed on the agenda of the 4th session and asked related departments and branches to have close combination in work of preparation for the session, contributing to improving the quality of the session.
