At the workshop, participants presented speeches on conservation and development of World Natural Heritage - Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, including national policy and experience in management and protection of special use forest; challenges in forest protection from law enforcement on conservation and development of world natural heritage - PNKB National Park, i.e.

The workshop aimed at helping managers and experts have a general view of conservation and promotion of natural values; orient and have special policies in management and conservation of the National Park and development of buffer zone in the future.

This was also an opportunity for the PNKB National Park Management Board and cooperative units to share experience and propose solutions for conservation of biological diversify in core area to meet the development demand of population in buffer zone, contributing to sustainable development of Quang Binh province; conservation and promotion of values of the ecological zone of northern Truong Son range.
