At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing four contents on socio-economic and human resource development of the province; orientations for human resource development in the 2011-2020 period; solutions for human resource development; and the implementation organization of human resource planning.

Also at the meeting, delegates discussed work of human resource training; analyzed, reviewed and proposed orientations and solutions for human resource development, attaching special importance to key fields for socio-economic development of the province.

Addressing the meeting, PPC Vice Chairman highly valued the draft report of the master plan for human resource development in the 2011-2020 period made by the Department of Planning and Investment. Concurrently, Vice Chairman asked relevant agencies to review, adjust and complete the planning in order to submit it to the provincial People's Committee for approval.
