Under the discussion, deputies expressed their agreement with reports and statements presented at the session and contributed many important ideas to the obtained results of socio-economic development plan in the first six months of 2012. Twenty-first ideas at the session mainly focused on discussing the quality of pre-schools; regulations concerning the policy for teachers in primary schools; planning for building new rural areas; solutions for development of human resources; allocation for the poor and policy beneficiaries; solutions to promote production and business; equipment investment for medical treatment for medical stations in far-flung and remote areas; preferential loan policy for production development; work of social welfare and so on.

Then, deputies also discussed and passed 04 resolutions on selecting location for building new urban area of Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province; passing the plan for naming the streets for Kien Giang town, Le Thuy district; recognizing the year of the establishment of Quang Binh province and approving the plan for naming the streets for Dong Hoi city.
