129 land development projects for the 2016-2020 period
Accordingly, the province has 129 land development projects with a total area of 736.99 hectares. Concretely, there will be 26 projects with an area of 149.51 hectares in 2016, 27 projects with an area of 159.97 hectares in 2017, 23 projects with an area of 143.40 hectares in 2018, 31 projects with an area of 143.27 hectares in 2019 and 22 projects with an area of 140.84 hectares in 2020.
It is expected that turnovers from these projects will be VND5,052.34 billion while VND3,142.22 billion will be contributed to the budget.
Orientation for land fund develoment for the 2016-2020 period is to make effective use of land fund in accordance with the province’s socio-economic development strategy with a focus on land fund development in urban areas, suburbs, industrial areas, economic zones, tourism areas and potential areas.
The plan also defined some solutions and assigned tasks in details to related agencies and localities in order to uphold economic values and effectively exploit land resource, meeting the demand for the province’s socio-economic development towards economical, effective and sustainable direction.
